No. The whole thing runs by form and email, whenever suits you — most people do their part after tea. If you’d rather talk it through we’re happy to, but you’ll never have to sit through a meeting to get a price.

About seven days from when your form and photos land with us, often less. The bit that slows people down is getting photos together — we’ll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone, and it takes about ten minutes on a job.

You see the finished site before anybody else does, and one round of changes is included. Nothing goes public until you say so.

Yes. There are six finished designs on the designs page — open them, click through them, and pick one. If none of them feels right for your trade, say so and we will suggest the closest.

Yes — $19.99 a month. That covers hosting, nightly backups and the area where you edit your own site, and it is the only ongoing charge from us. A domain is separate and charged at cost. We’d rather you heard that now than found out in month three.

Not in the package — that covers the website itself. Google Business Profile setup and local SEO are available as add-ons, and we’ll give you a price once your site is live. Your site is built cleanly either way, so it won’t hold you back later.

Tell us on the form. We’ll either quote it separately before anything starts, or say plainly that it’s not something we do. The full list of what is and isn’t included is on the pricing page.

Any time. There’s no minimum term and no exit fee. You keep the domain and we hand over your content — see Yours to keep.

Yes, and this is the bit people are usually surprised by. You own the site outright and get the logins. Photos, text, services, prices, contact details, opening hours — all of it is yours to change, and most edits take a minute or two. We show you how before handover.

They go straight to your inbox. You choose on the form whether customers ring you, fill in an enquiry form, request a quote, or a combination.

Yes. Tell us the address on the form and we point it at your new site — no charge and nothing for you to set up.

We’ll suggest a couple, check they’re free, and register the one you pick in your name. Domains are charged at cost because the price depends on the name: about $30 a year for a .co.nz, charged at cost and registered in your name. You get the login, and the domain is yours whatever happens between us.
