Anything beyond it is optional, priced separately, and quoted before we do it. There are no hourly rates and no invoice you were not expecting.
Paid once, upfront, to book your build in. One professionally built website, live in about seven days from when your form and photos land with us.
Covers hosting, nightly backups and the area where you edit your own site. It is the only ongoing charge from us. Cancel any time — your domain and your content leave with you.

You review the finished site and tell us what to fix. Nothing goes public until you say so.
What you don’t
This is the website, not a marketing package.
Your domain name
Charged separately because the price depends on the name — about $30 a year for a .co.nz, charged at cost and registered in your name. If you already own one there is no charge at all.
Google and SEO
Google Business Profile setup and local SEO are add-ons. Your site is built cleanly either way, so it will not hold you back later.
Copywriting beyond your brief
We write the site from what you tell us. Rewriting it around a different message afterwards is a separate job.
Extra rounds of changes
One round is included. More than that is quoted before we do it, never billed afterwards.
Online booking and payments
We do not build booking or e-commerce at this price, and we will say so rather than half-build it.
If you need something outside the package
Tell us on the form. We will either quote it separately before anything starts, or say plainly that it is not something we do — which is cheaper for both of us than finding out halfway through. Add-ons are priced once your site is live, so you are never paying for something you have not seen.
